The 11th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) has come and gone, but the excitement still lingers in the air. Held on Saturday, May 11, 2025, this year’s AMVCA celebrated the best talents in African film, TV, and digital content. From powerful performances to creative storytelling, it was a night filled with glitz, glam, and well-deserved recognition.

Big Winners of the Night


Chioma Chukwuka and Femi Adebayo stole the spotlight, each winning Best Lead Actress and Best Lead Actor for their roles in Seven Doors. The film also picked up Best Sound Design and Best Score, making it one of the night’s top winners.
