Sunday Omobolanle, also known as Papi Luwe, MON, is a Nigerian comic actor, playwright, film director, and producer. He was born on January 10, 1954, in Ilora, Oyo State, southwestern Nigeria. Omobolanle is notable for his work in the Nigerian film industry, having scripted, directed, produced, and featured in several films, including "Adun Ewuro" (2011). He is also the father of Sunkanmi Omobolanle, a Nigerian film actor and director. In recognition of his significant contributions to the industry, he was awarded the National honor, MON, by former President Olusegun Obasanjo.
