Jimmy Odukoya

Jimmy Odukoya was born in Lagos State. He is the son of late Pastor Bimbo Odukoya and Pastor Taiwo Odukoya of Fountain of Life Church. Jimmy Odukoya’s mother, Bimbo Odukoya, died in the ill-fated Sosoliso plane crash in December 2005, along with 102 other passengers. Jimmy Odukoya’s father who is also the senior pastor of Fountain of Life Church, Pastor Taiwo Odukoya remarried in 2010 to a South African woman named Rosemary Simangele Zulu. Jimmy Odukoya has four siblings, two sisters from his late mother and two stepbrothers from his father’s new wife. Jimmy Odukoya schooled abroad, in the United States. He got his first degree in Business Administration (Advertising minor) from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jimmy Odukoya also holds an MBA in Business Administration from the same university. Odukoya moved back to Nigeria from the United States in 2010. That same year, Jimmy was made the assistant pastor of Church 3:16 which is the youth ministry arm of The Fountain of Life Church. Jimmy Odukoya began acting a few years ago but has featured in over 150 Nigerian movies. Jimmy Odukoya mostly appear in romantic roles in his movies. Actor and pastor Jimmy Odukoya is married to London-raised English graduate Oluwakemi Folashade Banjoko, now known as Kemi Odukoya. Jimmy Odukoya and his wife, Kemi had their wedding in London on March 9, 2013. The couple is blessed with two beautiful children – a boy and a girl.
